The Role

• Development and enhancement of key credit policies
• Conduct a range of risk analysis, including customer profiling, stress testing and profitability modelling
• Manager credit policies, procedural changes, track and report on results
• Provide input into product development and new partnerships
• Implement, manage and track authorisation strategy to increase client satisfaction whilst minimising risk
• Manage the risk of the portfolio through QA testing of key policies and processes including QA for new application including decision user tracing, approval and decline analysis
• Provide analytical support in broader Risk area to support the overall risk management function
   
  Your Skills and Experience
   
• Degree and/or tertiary qualification in related discipline, e.g. Statistics, Commerce or Business
• Demonstrable track record of providing hands-on statistical analysis in a financial environment
• 4+ years commercial experience win Risk Management or related discipline
• Technical skills in Statistical Analysis tools ideally SAS
• Strong skills in Excel, SQL and relational databases/data warehouse technologies
• Experience working with Charge Card Products or Credit Cards, continuous lending or unsecured products
• Ability to work with a range of analytical and risk focussed stakeholders
• Strong market knowledge and commercial acumen
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills with a motivated attitude to work
