Business Analyst - Campaign and Portfolio Analytics

  • The Role

     
    Working for this leading Retail Banking Organisation, you will be part of a large and well respected analytics division. Your role will see you responsible for a wide range of Analytics activities, Campaign Management and Information Management. You will be an integral addition to this team in order to continue to deliver a continually improving decision making process, providing insight, intelligence and strategic influence to the business.
     
    Your Responsibilities
     
    • Profitability analysis and forecasting to optimize acquisition and portfolio activities
    • Collaborate with a range of different business teams including retail banking product manager, marketing and management, through the full campaign life-cycle
    • Develop strategies around targeting prospects, product and pricing or offers
    • Ensure campaign and customer strategy analysis is produced in a timely and accurate fashion
    • Work with a range of cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery of analytics and customer satisfaction
    • Provide a range of ad hoc analytical task including generating a range of reports

    Your Skills and Experience

     

    • Degree and/or tertiary qualifications in related discipline e.g. Business, Mathematics, statistics etc
    • 2+ years analytical experience is required as a minimum with demonstrably strong numerical ability
    • Strong technical skills in statistical analysis tools, preferably SAS or SPSS, SQL/Teradata
    • Experience in campaign or portfolio analysis and management including list provision, campaign tracking etc
    • Experience with data mining, data warehouse and mathematical modelling
    • Strong interpersonal and consultative skills to ensure effective relationship management skills with a range of business and technical stakeholders
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are essential.
