Senior Credit Analyst, Corporate Banking - Six Figure Package + Bonus

My client is a major international bank which has developed a strong presence in Australia with corporate clients. We currently have an opportunity for an experienced credit analyst to join the Corporate and Project Finance Banking team.

Responsible for the detailed analysis of corporate customers and transactions, you will undertake financial and industry analysis as well as financial modelling. Reporting to a Senior Relationship Manager, the role requires that you have experience working with clients and other lenders in negotiating and executing transactions. Drawing on your understanding of banking practices, you will oversee administrative processes, related to credit and client support. With relevant experience, gained in a corporate banking environment, you will be a key member of the corporate origination and execution team.

Highly numerate, you will prepare credit papers to present to the Credit Department, both locally and globally. Demonstrating a keen eye for detail, you will have a thorough understanding of financial analysis and a good awareness of corporate products.

To succeed in this role you will hold a tertiary qualification in a relevant field, with at least 3 experience working in a corporate banking environment covering corporate, project and structured finance deals. You will currently be working as a Senior Analyst, Manager or Associate Director in a well established financial institution.
