Work for a Leading Financial Institution

Leading Fund Manager requires the expertise of an experienced Investments professional to assist (among other things) on a project basis implementing a new Front to Back Office application -BlackRock (Fixed Interest Dealer system).

Located within the Investment Transaction Services team (responsible Trade notification to custodians, monitoring ????? ?????, recording and processing investment transactions in Hiportfolio) you will be employed to manage Change within the area throughout the migration of various system procedures and processes in the team.

We are looking for someone to work with the Project Manager and drive the project from an Investment Operations point of view. Your role will see you assisting in various areas of the implementation process. There will be a strong focus on control; looking at the trades coming through and the processes and gaps. You will be required to have a thorough understanding of the end user, sound management and change management skills and a proactive approach.

To be considered for this position it is essential that you have a strong working knowledge of the Fixed Interest space (trade cycle etc) as well as knowledge with processing and settlement of investment transactions. You will be investigating and testing the system, thus an understanding of BlackRock would be very beneficial. From a Fund Manager or Custodian background, you will be competent leading and organising a team during ????? ?????. You will have strong planning and organisational skills, the ability to coordinate workflows as well as procedure and report writing and the ability to think outside the box.

This is a 12 month contract position requiring ????? ????? candidate who really knows their stuff. You will be working with a professional and supportive team and will receive a competitive salary.
