    Servicing personal customers this role is focused towards building and maintaining relationships with retail customers. It is imperative you have a strong grasp of lending concepts in order to be successful in the role and be achieving your targets. You will be targeted on portfolio growth in particular lending and deposits.

    Customer Service should be at the forefront of your mind at all times. You will need to be well organised and committed to building strong relationships. This is not a 9 - 5. This is a role for someone who is not afraid of hard work but would like to be rewarded for it. The bonus being achieved in the team at present are almost 40% of base biannually.

    In order to be successful for this role you need to have the following experience and skill set

    - first hand experience in home loans
    - Sound credit knowledge and ability to read financials
    - Experience with loans 'outside the box'
    - superior relationships building skills
    - experience working in a target driven environment
    - face to face sales experience
    - strong networking skills
    -understanding of wealth management

    Your experience in a similar role at another institution will be highly regarded
