Sustainability Manager - Urban Development $140k to $150k

    Working in partnership for a better built environment a fantastic career opportunity has been created within their Urban Development division for a Senior Sustainability Manager.

    As a change agent within the business you will be facilitating the delivery of the companies sustainability business plan and objectives, delivering ????? ????? of key strategic roles and actions,working towards commercialising sustainability. 

    Reporting to the APAC Head of Sustainability this position will drive the strategic implementation of sustainability across the Urban Development business unit, ensuring ????? ????? all stakeholders by delivering ????? ?????,environmental and social outcomes.

    As a respected senior member of the team you will identify sustainability risks & business opportunities ,develop and implement key policy and process,manage and participate in pre-acquisition and due diligence activities,manage key sustainability metrics and research and identify/facilitate the implementation of strategic sustainability initiatives.

    You will be degree qualified in environmental engineering/science or sustainable building design/management with a minimum of 6-7  years experience in a sustainability role. You will also need green building experience,and preferably  Inner Urban Development knowledge and experience and further knowledge of the relevant legislation,regulations,standards and guidelines for this key area.
