The Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia (ASFA) is the leading industry body that represents all aspects and sectors of superannuation policy and products.  In addition, ASFA provides professional development, education and training for those working in the superannuation industry, as well as coordinating events and resources for members. 
 
To deliver on the new strategic direction, ASFA is seeking to appoint an exceptional Manager, Finance who will contribute to the organisation’s strategic planning and will provide accurate financial information to the management team. This role will oversee the delivery of budgets, forecasts, statutory financial reports and payroll services.  It will also be influential in maintaining the organisation’s financial viability and will manage a small team.
 
You will have demonstrated experience managing a full finance function at a senior level, strong accounting skills and interpersonal skills that influence and guide senior colleagues. A good working knowledge of industry associations or the not for profit sector combined with strong commercial skills will enable you to play a key role. A professional accounting qualification such as CA or CPA are essential to this role.
