- Monitoring of project & Commercial progress
- Forecasting & Budgeting
- Overall success of project to completion
- Co-ordination with the clients and consultants
- All Construction Management activities
- Ability to explore business development opportunities with prospective and current clients
Required Experience:
- Minimum 10 years in civil engineering role
- A background in large-scale projects
- Managing projects from inception to completion
- Sound technical understanding
- Excellent communication and personal skills
