We need a qualified Engineer who has spent at least 5 years in asset management and preferably working with the public infrastructure.
You have experience in:
- data management
- condition and performance assessment
- gap analysis
- asset valuation
- decision support processes
- setting and access levels of service
- financial management
- planning and preparation of overall strategic and tactical asset management plans
You personal skills in relationship development and engaging with people will allow you to interface with clients and an enthusiastic team that needs leadership mand direction.
