Our client has an urgent requirement for a talented Senior Electrical Engineer to join their successful organization. This role will give the right candidate the chance to work on some off the leading rail projects that are being undertaken in NSW at the moment.

Given that you will be working on the leading projects, with the leading companies in this state, this position will significantly add to you skill base and experience, thus leading to solid, tangible career progression.

Some of the requirements you will be tasked with include

• Preparing ????? ????? documentation for each project including contract design brief, tender document, Safety Plans, Environmental Plans and Quality Plans, Cost Estimates, Schedules and Resource requirements etc to ensure all projects are developed in accordance with the organization?s policies and standards.
• Project Planning including progress against scope, schedule performance, quality, cost, earned value and estimates to ensure project is delivered to time, cost, safety and quality standards.
• Provide feedback to the Project Managers on improvements to the Project Plans to ensure the delivery of safe and reliable infrastructure.
• Identify and problem-solve issues associated with delivering ????? ????? technical problems to deliver the project works to required time, cost and quality

The right candidate should posses some or all of the following attributes;

• Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering ????? ?????.
• Experience in managing HV electrical engineering ????? ????? as substations, transmission lines, Overhead wiring ????? ????? contract administration
• Knowledge and experience in project management
• Sound oral and written communication and interpersonal skills including conflict, resolution and negotiation skills and the ability to liaise effectively with Contractors, Clients, internal staff and a range of external organisations.
• Ability in the preparation of minutes, specifications, reports and submissions.
• Knowledge and experience of computer applications such as Word and Excel
