Our client is a Global organisation, who are looking for a Facilities Manager to join their team here in Sydney. This company are offering a Management role with a high degree of autonomy and above market remuneration. You duties will include:

• To make sure that the operations of the site run smoothly
• Ensure all works carried out to a high level
• Ensure OH+S standards
• Manage the budget
• Compile reports 
• Oversee your teams and contractor's KPI's
• Risk Management
• Manage the service teams
• Develop client relationships

To be successful in this role you will need:

• A technical, professional or university qualification in M+E or Facilities Management.
• It is essential that you have experience of running a service team.
• Experience of account management and developing client relationships.
• Experience of overseeing contractors KPI's.
• Project Management experience.
• Experience of running a budget.
