Our client is a Global organisation, who are looking for a Facilities Manager to join their team here in Sydney. This company are offering a Management role with a high degree of autonomy and above market remuneration. You duties will include:
- To make sure that the operations of the site run smoothly
- Ensure all works carried out to a high level
- Ensure OH+S standards
- Manage the budget
- Compile reports
- Oversee your teams and contractor's KPI's
- Risk Management
- Manage the service teams
- Develop client relationships
To be successful in this role you will need:
- A technical, professional or university qualification in M+E or Facilities Management.
- It is essential that you have experience of running a service team.
- Experience of account management and developing client relationships.
- Experience of overseeing contractors KPI's.
- Project Management experience.
- Experience of running a budget.
