A leading Facilities Management solution provider is looking for a Facilities Manager for an immediate start two month contract covering a region of a large government portfolio.

Based on the city fringe you will be head-office based with 50% of your days on the road covering properties from the city to the southern Illawarra region.

Your main responsibility is to make sure planned and reactive maintenance is completed and signed off at completion. You role will include

managing the delivery of all works to meet performance targets and budgets
act as a key client contact for the client on delivery of repair and planned work services in the allocated regions
ensure contractors adhere to OH&S requirements
utilise management reports to monitor service delivery.
