Our client are looking to recruit a Regional Engineering Manager to look after their portfolio throughout the Asia Pacific Region. This company is a market leader in their field and are known for being a progressive, well organised and loyal company, who look after their employees. Your duties will be as follows:

• Looking after an outsource provider who oversee the maintenance on commercial buildings and data centre's
• Making sure the outsource provider hits their KPI's
• Help the Property Managers manage the Budgets
• Travel to the different sites.
• Supply technical advice on sustainability issues.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• To have an Electrical and/or Mechanical degree (preferable Electrical)
• Extensive experience in the management of critical environment
• Good English and Mandarin Language Skills
• Be able to do frequent travel within APAC
• To be interested in a possible relocation to Hangzhou - China
