Senior Facilities Manager

  • A very rare position opportunity is immediately available within a highly reputable FM and Property organisation. Reporting to the account lead and based on site at the clients prestigious offices in the CBD, you will be responsible for handling, monitoring ????? ????? all facility related issues for a corporate client account. You will plan and coordinate the facility service, liaise with the client's representative and contractors and manage general facility issues in compliance with local regulations, policies and standards.

    Skills and Experience required:

    • Qualifications in Facilities Management, Property or Building Services
    • Solid practical facilities management experience particularly in commercial coroporate office facilities. (Related industry within the banking & finance industry would be an advantage)
    • Technical background
    • Experience in preparing, monitoring ????? ????? budgets and finances
    • Experience in managing stakeholder relationships
    • Track record in problem solving and contract improvement initiatives
    • Auditing and report writing skills
    • A team player with proven organisational, communication and client management/servicing skills
    • Able to manage relationships with head contractors, sub contractors and suppliers, clients stakeholders and staff in a facilities environment
    • Well presented, reliable and honest
