This tunnelling group has a solid presence in the market and is currently involved in a number of major projects across the region. They are presently experiencing significant growth and are urgently looking for a Technical Team Leader - Tunnels to compliment their team in Sydney CBD.
You will be responsible for assisting in growing and developing the tunnelling team and their capabilities; and identifying local and national prospects and projects. You will also provide leadership and technical expertise on a portfolio of projects, and ensure that the projects are delivered to the agreed budget, time and quality requirements.
To be successful in this role, you must have the following:
- Tertiary qualifications in civil engineering ????? ????? relevant engineering ????? ?????
- Background in tunnel engineering ????? ????? design / consultancy environment
- Proven track record in project management and delivery
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Previous experience in people management and business development
- Willingness to take on new challenges
