This is a high quality community based centre licensed for 53 childrenperates 7.30am-6pm. The centre is at full capacity and has a very long waiting list for all age groups from 0-5 years. All the staff have been there on a long term basis and the centre has a very low staff turnover.

A very professional and organised centre with very workable policies and procedures in place. A multicultural mix of families and staff which is acknowledged in their program and learning areas in all 3 rooms. Above staff to child ratios in place. Staff parking is available with access also by public transport.

In this role you will be working with the 2-3 year olds as a as a Team Leader. The successful candidate must be confident in programming, planning and completing observations. It is a small, relaxed and friendly centre that works well together, and respects individuality.

Essential criteria:

• Diploma in Children’s Service
• Room Leader experience
• Mature atttude
