Child Care Crew is currently seeking an experienced Director to take ownership of a well resourced 90 place centre located 5 mins from the heart of the city in quiet leafy surrounds.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the overall running and day to day management of the centre. You will have knowledge of or experience in developing budgets and working within budgetary constraints. You will demonstrate initiative and the capacity to work with minimal supervision and have confidence in decision making and the ability to lead a team and work alongside parents and the local community to provide quality childcare.

Essential Criteria

• Bachelor in Early Childhood or equivalent recognised by DOCS a Diploma may be accepted depending on level of experience
• Current Senior First Aide Certificate
• Experience in leading and managing teams
• Experience in a similar role will be highly regarded
