This not-for-profit organisation delivers a wide range of child care, training, inclusion and support services, and information & referral services, along with a number of contracted one off projects. It is a not-for-profit community organisation managed by a volunteer Board of Directors.

This 42 place, 3 room, 0-5 centre is licensed for 9 babies, 16 toddlers and 17 pre-schoolers, and has 3 ECTs, 3 Diplomas, and 8 Cert IIIs. This is a modern centre is easily accessible by train and bus.

The biggest advantage of working for this organisation is the ratios that they work to. For babies, this is 1:3, for toddlers 1:6 and for pre-schoolers 1:8, and the centre follows the emergent curriculum. The service also offers accreditation training, has run the Adult English Migrant Programme since 1998 and manages two Inclusion Support Agencies in Dubbo and Bathurst.

This is a Early Childhood Teacher position with the 3-5s. Experience with this age group is a benefit.
