Leading telecommunications organisation with a very strong brand and reputation is seeking to maintain their enviable position and grow their market share.
Working within the Consumer Revenue Growth team this role is primarily responsible for driving the development and implementation of outbound telemarketing activity with the aim of increasing the number of products that consumer are utilising. This will include:
- Briefing campaign analytics
- Telemarketing script development
- Briefing campaigns in to call centres
- Working closely with product marketing and the analytics teams
Strong project management skills are essential as is experience working with call centres/telemarketing teams. Degree qualifications in marketing or business will be highly regarded along with excellent time management skills and the ability to maintain a sense of humour.
