In order to drive business forward, a Business Development and Appointment Setting team has been put in place to reach a range of commercial stakeholders and set appointments for BDM's on the road nationally.
The ideal candidate for this role has a track record of speaking to decision makers and getting results. While a knowledge of financial services is not required, tenacity, drive and very clear communication skills are.
You will not be micromanaged to the enth degree in this role. You will have targets based on numbers of appointments booked , but how you get there is up to you, and you will be coached to reach your full potential.
