Established for almost 9 years, our business has had solid success the recruitment industry and has won numerous awards to prove it. This role will see you operating as a 360 degree consultant working with a range of clients from mid tier firms through to blue chip multi-nationals. Initially you are responsible for winning new business & then retaining those accounts. You can choose across all verticals such as telecommunications & medical, building & construction manufacturers, online media organisations, training, architectural & design suppliers, industrial companies and much more. Recruitment services are applicable to any industry, so your new business & relationship building skills will certainly be utilised. 

You will be responsible for the sales process from cold call ????? ????? negotiations & close so you must enjoy having control of the sales process from start to finish. One you secure an account, it is your responsibility to manage and nurture that account and drive more revenue from within the account. Your multi-tasking skills are critical in this role as you will be managing new business, existing accounts with a variety of clients at any one time. 

The office environment is fabulous with a team of over 40, split across 2 levels this is a team where there is never a dull moment,  the office is always vibrant and noisy with people having fun while they are working. If you are looking for a quite office this is not the job for you. Our offices are colourful, and full of natural light .. our team love what they do and you can tell when you speak to people over the phone!

We are looking for dynamic, high energy people with experience in any sales vertical or recruitment experience. Whether your sales experience is in advertising or telecommunications or recruitment or building or media or print or pharmacuticals ... Full training is provided so just apply! Ideally we are looking for people with between 2-10 years sales experience with a strong commerical accumen and real passion for sales!
