Our highly reputable global broker client is seeking one experienced customer service representative to join their campaign sales team to generate new business leads for their internal account brokers and provide exceptional services to the companies SME cliental.
 
Duties will include:
 

• Direct telephone liaising with internal and external clients
• Identifying New Business potential and liaise with your nominated Account Manager
• Call ????? ????? the in-house system and maintaining updates with incoming queries
• Processing of mail correspondence,  quotations and other ad-hoc administration when required
• Educating clients on Insurance needs

 
To be successful in this position, ideally you would have had a minimum of 15 months Commercial and/or Domestic General Insurance exposure and have a proven track record in sales through direct customer liaison ideally, via the telephone.
