    Their strong and sustainable growth is supported by the recent introduction of a new to market strategy which is being rolled out focussing on the Customer Experience along with new business opportunities in related areas.

     

    Reporting to the General Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the direction and delivery of the sales and marketing strategy, campaigns and project sales peformance to gain further market penetration.

     

    Pivotal to the success of this role will be your proven B2C sales experience along with your ability to think strategically and develop models for sales and marketing approaches including telesales, direct marketing campaigns, online e-marketing programmes, radio and press advertising etc.

     

    Naturally you will be degree qualified and/or have a postgraduate  qualification in a relevant sales/marketing/business management discipline combined with strong financial planning skills. Demonstrated experience as a mentor, trainer and motivator of staff will be required along with the ability to establish relationships and develop networks, have highly developed communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills; as well as analytical, planning and organisational capabilities.
