    The company is looking for a strong team manager who can not only guide their own team but also manage internal stakeholder relationships.
     
    Duties will include:
    ·         Overall responsibility of the delivery of value to corporate and internal customers
    ·         Engaging key internal and external stakeholders to deliver premium service
    ·         Manage and mentor the service team to deliver world class service
    ·         Foster a productive and constructive team environment
    ·         Ensure data integrity of service centre
    ·         Develop ongoing induction and training programs
