You will join a high performing team of 10 staff and primarily liaise with stakeholders in a busy, high volume order entry environment.
Successful applicants will be accustomed to working to targets related to call volumes, call quality, accuracy and on time delivery of products. To be considered, you will have a proven track record within a similar role. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience in the medical or FMCG industries.
