Role:

The Service Management Advocate’s primary role purpose is to contribute to the retention and growth of customers in their portfolio, by working with the Telstra sales team to ensure effective service delivery to customers.

 

Key Accountabilities:

Your role will be to manage a portfolio of 40-60 customers predominately via telephone, have regular interaction with the account team and other Telstra stakeholders to ensure that customers' requirements are understood, issues addressed and the customers service experience is heightened. This will involve proactively managing a portfolio of customers face to face or over the phone in relation to activation / assurance and billings issues.

 

You will have strong stakeholder and relationship management skills. In addition, you will be highly customer orientated and have the drive to resolve problematic issues in a constructive and commercially focussed manner.

 

 

Essential Attributes:

• Your background could be in service management / delivery function in a large and complex organisation.  
• You will have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer focus and stakeholder relationship skills
• You will have experience of multi tasking and dealing with large volumes of customers.
• Your background could be in service management / delivery function in a large and complex organisation.
• You will be competent in the use of Microsoft office programmes (Word, Power Point)
