6 MONTH CONTRACT - CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR - TO START JAN 2010 $55K +
Must have customer service experience within a busy, phone based role
Interviews to begin Mid November for start date January 6 2010.

You’ll have the opportunity to utilize your already gained experience in customer service and work within a fast paced industry and a well known and reputable company. You will earn a great salary and work with an experienced team dealing with a high volume of inbound enquiries. You will need to draw on your initiative, patience and proactive nature at all times and excel in this role as you uphold the company reputation!
Some of your duties will include;
- Speaking with employees and clients throughout the day to assist them with advice, solutions and information.
- Documentation processing and receipting.
- Maintaining company database, keeping the information correct and up to date and detecting any discrepancies that need immediate attention.
- Work to tight deadlines on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Liaising with colleagues and using initiative with urgent matters
- Maintaining your knowledge of the company and all policies, processes and procedures at all times so that you can provide the best possible solutions and deal with any issues quickly and minimize any escalation.
- Liaise with internal divisions of the company to ensure you are providing customers with correct information
You will succeed in this role with an enthusiastic, dynamic and bubbly personality and a reliable and focused working attitude. Knowledge of and experience in financial services would most certainly be a bonus in this role.
