Our client, a market leader within the General Insurance market are currently recruiting for experienced Claims Assist Consultants for their busy yet friendly team! Located in North West Sydney, this is an opportunity with an immediate start and will become permanent after 6 months 

The main duties will include -

• Providing excellent customer service
• Building and extending current client relationships
• Handling all calls and queries regarding claims.
• Privide all information necessary for case managers to process claims.

To be successful in this position you will possess -

• A minimum of 3 years Customer Service experience preferrably within a contact centre environment
• The ability to work autonomously
• Excellent communication skills
• Exemplary client relation skills
• Previous General Insurance experience
