This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a growing brand backed by one of the Big Four Banks. As a Direct Banking Specialist, you will be offering a premium service to new and existing customers and taking inbound calls primarily regarding savings and superannuation products.

This is not your typical, targeted call centre environment. A comprehensive training program and ongoing support will allow you to answer customer enquiries and suggest appropriate solutions with ease. You will be working within a proactive and high energy team environment. Offices are centrally located with Sydney Harbour views.

To be successful for this position, you will have customer service experience ideally within a contact centre or office environment. You will be quick to learn, willing to take initiative, and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment.
