Senior Customer Service Officer

Now is your chance to take the next step in your customer service career. Several vacancies exist to work for a large Australian insurer within a small, high performing senior customer service team. In this role you will be taking all inbound calls from new and existing customers and providing information related to various insurance policies and products. You will consistently strive to provide a customer experience that is second to none. With no sales targets to reach, your proven ability to adhere to call quality KPI's is essential.

With public transport at your doorstep and on site parking available, this role requires you to work a rotating shift between 8am-8pm Monday to Friday. Cab charge is available for staff working the later shift.

To be successful for this position you will have:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A professional and courteous telephone manner
  • Above average computer skills and the ability to navigate several computer systems at once
  • At least 2 years experience working within a targeted contact centre environment
  • Finance/insurance experience will be an advantage
