Customer Service Officer-Fraud

Your opportunity to join one of Australia's Big 4 Banks in the heart of the CBD! Working within a busy contact centre, you will be taking inbound calls from customers who believe their credit cards have been used fraudulently. You will use your investigative skills to assess and collect relevant information from the customer in order to process their request effectively.

To be successful for this position you will have:
  • Superior customer service and communication skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Ideally 12 months experience working in a contact centre environment
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Finance and/or fraud experience will be advantageous
