This financial services organisation, with predominantly business customers, is a market leader with operations across a number of countries.
A high performing Customer Service team is important to the overall success of this business and the retention of existing customers.
They are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service professional to join a small team based in the CBD. To secure an interview you will have solid experience in a high volume inbound customer service or billing role in the Financial Services or Telecommunications sectors.
While there are no sales KPIs to reach, you will need to work quickly and with purpose. As such, your KPIs will be based on call ????? ?????, adherence and accuracy. Hours are Monday to Friday - on a rotating roster between 8am and 6pm.
