This role, based in Sydney CBD will give you experience as a Project Manager on the NSW stimulus package program.  As a Project Manager you will visit the construction sites of the houses as they move into delivery stage. You be accountable for ensuring ????? ????? in your area are delivered in time and on budget in accordance with documents and outlined procedures.  You will regularly report on the progress of delivery. You will work with and liaise with various stakeholders from builders to subcontractors, project directors and senior project managers. 

To work in this very fast-paced environment will mean you have excellent multi-stakeholder communication skills, a proactive working attitude to resolving or raising issues and the motivation to establish a solid career opportunity. Ideally you are tertiary qualified in construction or property.
