Established internationally as the leader in their field of infrastructure renewal and construction, this innovative group has secured several long term projects in NSW and now require a special engineer to work with the professional team for success.
You are an engineer with reservoir experience. The projects you have worked on involve concrete/steel storage reservoirs for fresh water therefore exposure to refurbishment, rehabilitation or relining is crucial. The program will require you to work through the complete scope of the project from planning to final commissioning.
Although experience in the technical aspects of the role is important, just a critical are the more softer skills of relationship development, communication skills and business acumen. Your leadership ability stems from good people skills and an open and understanding character. You are commercially astute and have a verifiable background that defies scrutiny.
You will be working in a team environment where some members report to other businesses so your ability to engage and influence is important. This alliance environment will embrace and respect your unique experience in reservoirs so I cannot overstate that a solid background in reservoir work is essential!
