The opportunity to take the next challenge exists for a Senior Town Planner in Australia's leading retailer of home improvement and outdoor living products. Based in Sydney, This is a national role that will require occasional travel to other major cities in Australia.
Due to current and projected growth, the office is looking for a Senior Town Planner with 7+ years experience to assist in the co-ordination and management of the planning division and development approvals process so it contributes to business growth. You will be responsible for a wide range of planning and development work, including the preparation of DAs, DCPs, SEEs etc.
To be considered for this role, it is essential that you possess:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- 7+ years post graduate experience
- An advanced understanding of planning principals
- Good working knowledge of NSW legislation
- Also have knowledge of QLD or VIC legislation or both
- Experience in managing a team
- Thorough knowledge of DAs process
