The Role

My client has just won a number of hotel refurbishment jobs in Sydney and are looking for an experienced Project Manager to assist with the increased workload.  With assistance from a dedicated Project Co-ordinator and Site Manager you will be responsible for delivering the project to ensure objectives are met and expectations are exceeded. 

This company have great systems in place and all the tools you need to deliver a quality project.

The Person

My client recruits and retains the best people in the market by offering a wonderful working environment and much more than just a salary.  We are looking for the following experience for this role:

• Tertiary qualified in Construction Management or similar with minimum of 8 years industry experience
• 5 years experience as a Project Manager in the fitout and refurb sector
• Project delivery experience within the hotel and hospitality sector up to $10m in size
• Demonstrable record of managing people with a continuous improvement philosophy to help them achieve their potential
• Excellent planning and financial management skills
• Superior communication skills with strong client management skills
• Strong IT skills
