Project Manager - $140K - High End Residential

With its head office based in Sydney, our client specialises in the commercial and residential sector on projects up to $80million in value. With an ever increasing portfolio of repeat clients and continually gaining new clients through reputation they are now looking at appointing a new member to their Project Management team, specifically for their residential arm.

Based at head office the role will require you to Project Manager between 2-3 projects at any one time with Foreman and trades reporting directly to yourself. When taking control of the projects, majority of the trades will be let due to our client having carpenters, plasterers and other trades readily available, so your role will focus on client management, design, and overall management of foreman, trades and labour for the successful completion of projects.

Preferably coming from a tertiary background you will have the ability to understand all commercial, design and construction phases of residential and commercial projects. Having superior communication skills in talking with all levels of people, as well as you previous expertise in controlling more then two projects at any one time will see you fit in well with this up and coming organisation.
