Our Client has an enviable reputation as a high quality provider of fully integrated design and construction solutions to the Industrial, Commercial and Retail sectors. With an emphasis on quality, innovation and strong client relationships, the company is experiencing unprecedented levels of demand. Due to this expansion and internal promotions they are now looking for a Contract Administrator with at least 5 years post grad experience with either a main contractor or ideally a similar size company. Candidates must have the ability and confidence to manage and run projects on a stand alone capacity from tender stage through to final accounts as well as possessing: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A commitment to continuous quality improvement
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent negotiation skills
