The Company
Part of a large group, my client is a leading mid-tier builder with coverage across Australia and expertise in commercial, retail, industrial, government and health construction.
They offer a highly motivated and friendly environment, have excellent systems and processes and a winning team.
Recently gaining Dept of Commerce approval they are set for a busy year and need to increase their team. We are looking for a Contracts Manager / Senior Contracts Administrator to support this growth.
The Person
You will be working as a stand alone administrator and be responsible for some challenging commercial issues so this is a senior role. The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
- 10 years experience as a Contracts Administrator
- Background working with a big player in the Sydney market ideally top tier and familiar with their systems and processes
- Track record of running the commercial function on projects valued $30 - $50m
- Strong knowledge of GC21 contracts
- Health or hospital project experience
- Good knowledge of CHEOPS
