Our client is widely recognized as the market leader in the residential and commercial  new build sector. They have been growing year on year and and are set to continue to expand their operations into 2009/10. Their professionalism and ability to consistently deliver successful outcomes for their clients set them apart from their competitors. With an ever increasing workload across a number of different business units, they have asked us to find them a project manager who shares in their philosophy and vision to be the best in the business.

Reporting to the construction manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of high end commercial and residential projects, from design phase through to completion. You will establish site management procedures, OH&S requirements and construction programmes, chair weekly site meetings and liaise with all site teams and clients to ensure the successful project delivery. 

Ideally you will hold a tertiary qualification in property and construction, have a proven track record in either fit out or new build projects and a minimum 3 years local experience as a project manager with a reputable commercial or high end residential builder. You will need to be highly motivated with strong communication and organisation skills and driven to be the best in the business
