My client is a well established client side firm with 3 arms to the business including Project management, Quantity Surveying & Building Services. They are currently seeking a Mechanical Estimator to join their successful team.

You will possess:

• 10-15 years experience in construction, consulting industry.
• Strong understanding of HVAC
• Qualification in civil engineering ????? ????? services with workshop experience in the engineering ????? ?????.
• Be able to be versatile --Work in both Fire Protection & Hydraulic trade services.
• Experience in Estimating Procedures.
• To be able to work in a team environment.
• Post Contract Administration work-I.e. Processing Variations, Monthly claims
• Good negotiating skills
• Report Writing, Peer Review of tender & contract documentation
• Preparation of documents for Post contract control
• Including the preparation of tender documents and estimation costs associated with a diverse range of Commercial, Industrial, Health Care, and Educational Projects
• Strong verbal and communication skills & the ability to liaise effectively with clients, suppliers & sub-contractors to ensure delivery of projects is at the most cost effective and highest level.
