Estimator / Quantity Surveyor - Fit-Outs & Partitions - Immediate Start

Buildsoft Experience Required.

My client is in the lookout for a Senior Quantity Surveyor or an Estimator with extensive experience in the building services sector.

 

The Client

My client specialises in both the refurbishment & fit-out and building supply (Sub-Contract) sector. Contracting for major builders, they have the capability of managing high quality fit-out projects all the way through to the installation of ceiling and partitions. With numerous relationships with tier one and government organisations, they have now expanded operations due to the up-turn in the construction market.

 

The Role

Ideally, the successful candidate must have the minimum 5 years experience in Quantity Surveying or Estimating in the fit-out construction market, the key skills required would be an accurate estimate of building products, like the take-offs of partitioning and the preparation of tender packages. Tertiary qualifications and working for reputable contractors in a similar role are advantageous. Software package used will be Buildsoft.
