Contracts Administrator
We are currently looking for a Contracts Administrator with the minimum 5 years experience in the commercial construction industry.
Our client, who is a West Sydney based construction company have been operating for the past decade, currently experiencing a major upturn in projects under construction and tenders won. With numerous projects on the go, they are now after an office based contracts administrator to join their reputable and diverse team.
Ideally someone that has experience in projects to the value of $10Mil + you will be a qualified candidate that has a good track record of completing projects from start to finish with proficiency in accounting software packages such as jobpac or cheops would be a definate advantage.
This is a fulltime role will consist of sub letting of contracts, contract variations, cost planning and sub contract documentation management. Working alongside other experienced and supportive administrators, this is an autonomous and diverse role managing projects all across the Sydney Metro regions.
