In line with their continual success, and having only recently been awarded a major building contract, they are looking to expand their cost planning team and are looking for a Cost Planner with significant residential/multi-storey mixed use experience.
The Role
Working on a team made up of all levels of expertise and led by the Cost Planning Manager, you will bring ????? ????? of experience in the residential market, to the table.
You will be a motivated and hungry individual, with a passion for the building industry and a true desire to take your career to the next level. You will be motivated by challenges, and constantly seeking to better yourself whilst learning from the people around you.
You will need the following skills and experience:
- Ideally be tertiary qualified
- Experience in building operations and at least 5 years experience as an Estimator, Quantity Surveyor or Cost Planner
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Skilled in measurement of building quantities and elemental cost planning
- Proven experience working on large multi-storey residential/mixed use projects such as high-end apartments, aged care and luxury units
- Be inspired by working in a team environment
