Our client base includes international, national and regional main contractors, specialist sub contractors, architectural practises, surveying practises and construction consultancies based throughout Australia.
ESTIMATORS
We currently have several ESTIMATING positions with our mid - large tier clients which all specialises in the construction of quality projects.
Clients & Positions;
Ranging from medium sized to tier one commercial contractors, project homes specialists, high end residential developments to remedial buildings.
Positions;
- Chief Estimator
- Senior Estimator
- Intermediate Estimator
- Sales & Production Estimator
- Quantity Surveyor
To be a successful candidate you must have 5 years + estimating experience, possess necessary tertiary qualifications and experience estimating and tendering ????? ????? & commercial projects.
You also must possess high competency in these areas:
- Preparing 'Bill of Quantities'
- Preparing ????? ?????, budgets and detailed estimates
- Procurement of Suppliers and sub-contractors for all trades
- Monitoring ????? ????? during ????? ????? phase
- Producing accurate cost reports
- Liaising with Clients, Architects, Engineers & Contractors
Head offices and Projects will all be located in the CBD or in the Metropolitan areas of Sydney.
