Civil Estimator

 

Due to the continued growth and success of the company, our client is looking for an experienced Civil Estimator to compliment and expand an already successful team.

 

Ideally you should have a minimum of 5 years civil industry knowledge and already have considerable estimating experience in the presentation and negotiation of high quality tenders.

 

Civil Contract Administrator

 

A position has been created for a Project Manager who has a minimum of 5 years industry knowledge and experience working on Road-works, Earth-works, detailed Excavations, and Sub-division projects.

 

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate previous experience and put it into practise. You will receive the support and encouragement of all senior management; however your experience and confidence will allow you to be accountable for the success of the projects.

 

Civil General Foreman

 

The successful candidate needs to have a provide a proven track history working on a variety of civil engineering ????? ?????, but not limited to, Road works, Earthworks, Sub-divisions and Excavations ranging from $1M - $15M. 

 

You must have the technical knowledge to deal with all design problems; you must also possess excellent client liaison skills, including negotiating and sub-contractor management skills, time management skills and people skills.
