The Company

One of the countries leading mid-tier builders with operations on the east and west coast of Australia. They are renowned for their slick operation and consultative approach with clients.

Projects capabilities are D&C Retail, Industrial, Government & health and they have a friendly but proactive approach to business.

The Role
We are looking for a territory qualified contracts administrator who can demonstrate experience gained on projects ranging from $25m - $50m and excellent knowledge of CHEOPS and the Sydney/NSW sub-contract market. Your background should demonstrate 5-10 years experience with leading reputable local construction contractors.
You will be acting as the lead on projects so you will have to have the ability to deal with complex commercial issues and ideally have good knowledge of the GC21 form of contract.
We are looking for a candidate that will have the expertise to grow into a more senior Commercial Management role and you will also be responsible for mentoring ????? ????? members of staff.
You will also need to have excellent understanding of systems and processes and top-tier experience would be viewed favourably.
