We are recruiting experienced Civil Estimators to join dynamic main and medium tier contractors experiencing unrivalled growth and development.
Ideally, you will be an established senior or an excellent intermediate estimator looking to increase your responsibilities and earning potential. A steady background with principal contractors is also preferred.
To be considered for these roles you will need:
A demonstrated ability and experience in the preparation of tender documentation, tendering ????? ?????, administration of contracts and surveillance of contractors for construction industry contracts.
You will also need to have skills in the leadership, motivation and management of multi-disciplinary teams and excellent liaison, negotiation, consultation, conflict resolution, leadership and team building skills.

Position Requirements:
- An ability to plan, budget for and manage the bid preparation process.
- Demonstrated ability in estimating in a variety of disciplines and various contractual environments.
- Extensive practical experience in development of cost estimates to support tender preparation.
- Project delivery experience in a complex product / integrated services environment.
- You must have strong relationship building, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Tertiary level qualification in an appropriate discipline.
Salary Package for Estimators
Salary packages are guaranteed to be generous and will be up to $200K + excellent benefits.
