This national leader in their industry are seeking a TALENTED Corporate Receptionist to join their Head Office in the CBD. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be accountable for the following :- * Meet and greet all visitors * Answer all incoming calls using switchboard * Maintain reception area with flowers, newspapers & magazines etc * Booking meeting rooms * Co-ordinate internal newsletter * Organise catering ????? ????? * Update staff listing and leave register * Co-ordinate security passes and car park access * Work with Office Assistant to ensure mail and courier duties are met * Liaise with Building Management with maintenance and security needs To be guaranteed an interview with this leading global firm you must :- * Possess at least 3 years Corporate Reception experience in a professional services firm * Have Intermediate level with MS Word (PowerPoint & Excel skills will be advantage but not essential) * Be professionally presented and spoken * Take pride in offering ????? ????? service to internal / external clients If you are seeking to be part of an organisation which values and rewards all staff along with offering ????? ????? working environment, then APPLY NOW.....
