With corporate offices boasting fantastic views of the harbour in the CBD, this large, established project-based organisation is seeking an experienced Receptionist for this rewarding career opportunity.

This position provides an excellent balance between reception and administration. Utilising your superior people skills in order to meet and greet visitors through to management level and handle incoming calls, you will also support the the Office Manager and various departments with a range of administration tasks.

Duties will include:
  • Handling incoming calls
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Coordinating meeting rooms
  • Organising catering for meetings
  • Travel coordination for the management team
  • Overseeing teleconference bookings
  • Assisting the Office Manager with board meeting preparation
  • Organising couriers
  • General administration

Selection Criteria:
To be successful, you will demonstrate solid previous Reception/Administration experience in an established, corporate organisation/s; a professional phone manner and presentation, strong levels of initiative and Proficiency in Word and Excel.
